在超市看到包装极为相似的粘米粉和糯米粉并排放在架上。
记得第一次自己动手做汤圆,信心十足,买了一包米粉,和水,搓了汤圆,放进已煮沸的热水中。拿着滤网站在旁边等。。。奇怪,汤圆不是很快就会浮起来的吗?可是几分钟过去了,毫无动静。水开了又沸,一粒粒汤圆还是静静地躺在锅底。捞起一粒来试吃,哇,硬的。这包米粉坏了,心里想。
后来跟母亲提起,才知道我买的是粘米粉。汤圆是糯米粉做的。哎哟!
